SALE and RETURN POLICY:

- Synergy Cycle offers returns on products that are defective and are under warranty, if a replacement or repair is not possible.  All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or via check made out to the name listed on the proof or purchase.

-Synergy Cycle will accept returns for exchange or store-credit within 28 days from the day of purchase, providing that products are returned in their original packaging with a proof of purchase. 

-Bicycles may be returned for exchange within seven days, providing that they have not been ridden and are in the same condition as at the time of sale.

-All sales are final on bicycle forks, components and bicycle accessories that have been modified for installation.
-All sales on cycling shorts are final.
-All special-order and clearance-priced sales are final.

-Synergy Cycle provides free labour on adjustments to new bikes purchased at Synergy Cycle for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  Customers are offered one free dry tune-up (parts and wash are extra) within the first year of purchase of a new bike at Synergy Cycle.

-All purchases of new bikes include a proper sizing.

SERVICE POLICY:
-Synergy Cycle, at its discretion, will refuse to service bicycles deemed to require more labour and/or parts than the estimated value of the whole bicycle.
-Synergy Cycle, at its discretion, may require a deposit for major repairs.
-Final service costs may exceed initial estimates based on availability of parts and labour required for the work.

— a 50% labour-surcharge may be applicable for the installation of components and accessories purchased elsewhere. As well, a 50% labour-surcharge may be applicable on service for Specialized, Cervélo and Santa Cruz bicycles purchased elsewhere within 3 years of their model-year. Exceptions may be made, in certain cases, with proof of purchase.

-Synergy Cycle does not guaranty the availability of specific parts or components.
-Synergy Cycle will only contact the customer after the bike is checked in for service in the event that actual service costs substantially exceed initial estimates (i.e. approx. $40 over estimate).
-Bicycles must be picked-up within 14 days of the completion of repairs and service.
-Bicycles that have not been picked-up within 14 days following notification by Synergy Cycle of the completion of repairs will be subject to a $20/week storage fee, unless other arrangements have been made with Synergy Cycle staff, and listed in writing on a service record or bill of sale.
-Bicycles that have not been picked-up within 28 days following notification by Synergy Cycle of the completed repairs will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Synergy Cycle, unless otherwise arranged with Synergy Cycle staff and listed in writing on a service record or bill of sale.
